Fluorescent Dye-Labeled Peptides
Our Offer
A peptide can be labeled with a single or multiple dye(s) at the peptide N-terminus, C-terminus, or internally, for applications in protein interaction studies, to trace the presence of biomolecules in cells, enzyme activity assays, etc.
For peptides labeled with a dye and quencher, see our FRET peptides page.

Our fluorescent dyes span the whole visible and near infrared spectrum
HiLyte™ Fluor Dyes (pH insensitive)
HiLyte™ Fluor dyes are ideal for applications at high or low pH (<4 or >11). These dyes also exhibit higher sensitivities, owing to their enhanced intensity and photostability.

Classical Dyes
Classical dyes such as FAM, TAMRA and the CyLyte Fluor dyes (Cy Dyes analogues) are a great cost-effective choice when operational pH range of your application is flexible.®
