What Is SYN-AKE

According to research,in vitro studies have shown that SYN-AKE’s IC50(half maximal inhibitory concentration) for human nAChRs(Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor) is 0.18 μM, which is notably 70% of the concentration of the natural Waglerin-1.Furthermore, in vitro, low concentrations of SYN-AKE were found to reduce the skin’s response to electrical muscle stimulation by 62%, which directly proves its ability to inhibit muscle contraction.
2.Clinical Study on Crow’s Feet
Researchers conducted a double-blind study by recruiting 33 women who with moderate to severe crow ‘s feet.Participants applied a skincare product containing 0.01% SYN-AKE.After one month, measurements using high-resolution optical profilometry showed a significant 32% reduction in wrinkle depth and a 27% decrease in wrinkle volume (P=0.007) compared to the placebo group
